194th Lane NW - Paving
Lake George Parkway NW - Overlay

Project Update:

9/6/17

Paving will begin on Blackfoot Street NW on Wednesday, September 6th.

Paving planned for 201st Avenue NW on September 7th & 8th.

 

9/1/17

The 201st Avenue Wear Course is scheduled to be paved September 8th and 9th.  During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home.

 

Blackfoot Street NW improvement is scheduled to be reclaimed and shaped September 5th and 6th.  The Contractor will then pave Blackfoot September 7th.   During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home.

 

8/14/17

The 201st Avenue NW Wear Course is scheduled to be paved later this month.  During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home.

Blackfoot Street NW improvement is scheduled to be reclaimed and paved later this month. 

 

8/9/17
Lake George Drive, Lake George Parkway, and 201st Avenue NW have been reclaimed and paved.  The 201st Wear Course is scheduled to be paved sometime next week.  During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home.

 

Blackfoot Street NW improvement is scheduled to be completed next week. 

 

194th Lane NW Project:
The road has been paved.

Rum River Ridge:
The wear course on the 1st and 3rd additions have been paved.  We anticipate the remaining 2nd addition wear course to be completed within the next week. 

 

 

7/31/17

194th Lane NW has been paved.  Knife River intends on paving 201st Avenue NW on Tuesday and Wednesday.  They will then pave Lake George Drive and Lake George Parkway.  That work should take two days.  During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home. 

 

7/28/17
The Contractor intends to begin reclaiming Lake George Drive NW on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.  They will start at the north end and work their way to Lake George Parkway NW.  They will then move the reclaiming equipment to 201st Street NW.  They anticipate the reclaiming work taking two days to complete.  During reclaiming activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home.  After reclaiming the Contractor will begin resloping Lake George Drive north of 214th Lane NW to help improve local drainage.  Knife River is anticipating paving 201st Street next week.

Lake George Drive, Lake George Parkway, and 201st Avenue NW have been reclaimed.  The Knife River is in the process of reshaping the reclaimed material.  They are planning to pave 201st Avenue NW on Monday, July 31st after they pave 194th Lane NW.  It should take two days.  We anticipate Lake George Drive and Parkway to be paved later that week.  During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home. 

 

 

 

194th Lane NW Project:

 

The new cul-de-sac at the end of 194th Lane NW has been built.  We anticipate Knife River will pave 194th Lane NW on Monday.  The work should take less than one day.  During paving activities the residents can expect minor inconveniences getting to and from their home. 

 

 

 

Rum River Ridge:

 

We anticipate all paving within Rum River Ridge 2nd and 3rd Additions to be completed the week of August 7th.
